Solid, honest family business

Felt really comfortable buying a used car from West End Garage. Dean offered great customer service right from the outset and continued this right through to the post-sale after-care. Never felt pressured to buy as it’s clear that the customer experience is important to them. The fact that the business has it’s own workshop and MOT centre filled me with confidence, as it meant that the vehicle was prepped on site and good to go the next day. Would recommend this garage for value for money and trustworthiness of the staff.

This is my second car I've bought from West end garage in Nairn. From start to finish from the owners to their employees, just fantastic customer service. The owners listened to my needs of every day to day short commutes to the distance I travel with my employment. They took on board my medical condition when I asked about purchasing an automatic car and they explained all the pros this car could potentially help me with when I explained my symptoms I experience daily. Honestly great company, fantastic knowledge about cars and truly listen to their customers. Plus good craic makes all the difference. 100% recommend this garage to buy your next car.

Always bought my car's from larger companies, however I will be definitely going to west end garage based in Nairn from now on. From the start of looking at the cars for sale, there was no pressure. The sales team were excellent giving me advice on the two vehicles, I had in mind. Best trade in price I was offered for my car, quick turnaround from purchase to driving my new car away. This car is spacious as I go hill walking and definitely enough room for my dogs and our rucksacks. The eco sport powerful enough and comfortable for my long distance journeys for work, again they listened what my specific requirements were. Fantastic after sales service too. Owner contacted a week later to make sure the car I bought met my needs and ensuring no issues since buying my car.
